Supplemental and final fees applicable to all applications: 1. All such reasonable legal, engineering and
consulting fees associated with the Borough’s review, inspection,
re-inspection and evaluation of any and all plans and documents submitted to
the Borough in association with any application. 2. Any and all county, state, or federal fees
or charges to the Borough associated with the application. |

hearings requiring Zoning Hearing Board or Borough Council action. |

1,000.00 (Public notice and overhead costs, plus stenographic fee. Any balance will be refunded to the
applicant. Applicant will pay any

equally by the Borough and the applicant. The cost of the original transcript

such appeal is made. The cost of additional copies shall be paid by the
person requesting such copies. In other cases, the party requesting the

LAND DEVELOPMENT

Land Development
Reviews: |
$
300.00 per application plus $ 0.50 per square foot of building. In addition to the previously fees listed,
a deposit fee of $1,000.00 will be held in escrow to pay for the following
services if incurred by the Borough as noted.
Any unused balance will be returned to the applicant, or a balance due
and payable to the Borough will be required prior to issuance of any
permits. NOTE:

costs. Should the costs exceed the initial review fee collected, the
applicant shall pay to the Borough all costs in excess of the initial fee
collected prior to the Borough granting any approval.
Should the review costs be less than the initial fee collected, the balance
shall be returned to the applicant. 4. Any and all county, state, or federal fees
or charges to the Borough associated with the application. |

Minor subdivision (less than 5
lots along an existing public road): $
100.00 plus $25.00 per lot Major subdivision (5 or more lots
or any project proposing public roads): $
200.00 plus $25.00 per lot. In

costs. Basic

the applicant shall pay to the Borough, in addition to the application fee,
all legal, engineering and consulting fees associated with the review,
inspection, re-inspection and evaluation of any and all plans and documents
submitted to the Borough in association with any building permit application.
The applicant shall pay to the Borough the required initial review fee at the
time of application. This fee shall be held in escrow by the Borough and
shall be used to pay all review costs. Should the costs exceed the initial
review fee collected, the applicant shall pay to the Borough all costs in
excess of the initial fee collected prior to the Borough granting any approval. Should the review costs be less than the initial
fee collected, the balance shall be returned to the applicant. 4. In the case of non-residential
construction, upon issuance of a zoning permit, the contractor or owner will
deposit in an escrow account with Moscow Borough the sum of $5,000.00. When the account reaches a level of
$1,000.00, it must be replenished to $5,000.00. This will apply to all
construction of 50,000 square feet or less.
For projects larger than this, the amount in the escrow account shall
be determined by Moscow Borough. 5. Any and all county, state or federal fees
or charges to the Borough associated with the application. 6. Any appeal of the UCC (Uniform Construction
Code) requirements will be heard by the COG (Council of Governments) Appeal
Board. Fees will be determined by the
COG Appeals Board. 7. Permit fees not listed above to be
determined by the Moscow Borough Building Inspector. |
