Moscow Borough Council is made up of seven members and a mayor, each elected for a four year term. Moscow Borough Council meets on the first and third Monday of each month, except for June, July and August, when it meets on only the first Monday. The meetings are held in the meeting room of the Municipal Building located at 123 VanBrunt Street, Moscow, PA. The meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. and are open to the public. |
