The Borough's Zoning Ordinance regulates the use, density, size and location of buildings and other structures, and establishes regulations for land use. The provisions of the ordinance also address performance standards and the prohibition of nuisances. A copy of the ordinance may be purchased from the Borough Secretary. Questions regarding the ordinance should be directed to the Zoning Chairman. |
