Building Permit	To be calculated by the Building Inspector
Pool Permit	$2.00 per $1,000.00 of cost ($25.00 minimum)
Peddler Permit Day Month Year	By Foot $ 1.00 $ 5.00 $ 20.00 By Vehicle $ 2.00 $ 10.00 $ 40.00
Sign Permit	$25.00
Zoning Permit	$40.00 (If refused by building inspector, $40.00 fee will be returned to applicant.)
Occupancy Permit	No fee
Driveway Permit	$25.00
Curbcut Permit	$25.00 plus $450.00 security deposit that will be returned after work is properly completed.
Variances, appeals, special exception, conditional uses, zoning amendments or other hearings requiring Zoning Hearing Board or Borough Council action.	$250.00 (Public notice and overhead costs, plus stenographic fee. Any balance will be refunded to the applicant. Applicant will pay any expenses above fee.)
Pave Cut Permit	$50.00
Land Development:**
Multi-family All other (commercial, office, or industrial developments)	$50.00 plus $10.00 per dwelling unit $50.00 plus $5.00 per 1,000 square feet of gross floor area
Subdivision Reviews:**
Minor subdivision (less than 5 lots along an existing public road) Major subdivision (5 or more lots or any project proposing public roads)	$25.00 plus $5.00 per lot $50.00 plus $10.00 per lot
**In addition to the above fees, when engineering or other consultant services are required, a deposit fee of $1,000.00 will be held in escrow to pay for engineering and other consultant reviews, reports, and inspection costs incurred by the Borough of Moscow. Any unused balance will be returned to the applicant or a balance due and payable to the Borough will be required prior to issuance of any permits.
